- Any photo, video and/or written composition that covers the topic of equity in higher education in Europe can be submitted.
- The contributions can be submitted in any language but must be submitted with an accompanying English translation.
- There is no restriction regarding the submitters’ age, however the main target group of the Call is students participating in European higher education.
- The groups portrayed in the submitted works could include anybody who is involved in the improvement of equity in the European higher education system, advisedly students, teachers and/or policy makers.
- Participants are allowed to submit up to 8 entries in all the categories, a maximum of 3 videos and a maximum of 5 photos.
- There is no restriction on the geographical origin or location of the submitted materials.
- It is the responsibility of the entrant to make sure that all copyrights (IPR, intellectual property rights) are cleared for the entry he/she wishes to submit. Where there are clear breaches of copyrights or other IPR, the judges will exclude the submission from further assessment.
- Submitted works can be used by the EquNet Consortium according to the Creative Commons’ Attribution Non-commercial license category. http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/
